is a Management Consultancy specializing in hotels and villas.

We look back on more than 40 years’ experience in planning and executing the development and revitalization of hotel properties. We advise investors, project developers and financial firms as well as hotel chains, corporations and private hotels.

Yiannis

Yiannis has a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management and has 40 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, 25 of which were in the position of General Manager of large-scale hotel businesses.
Yiannis has worked for the Hotel chains GRECOTEL and LAUDA – ITAS.
During the past 10 years he has been involved in Tourism Investment Consulting. He has provided his consulting services (know-how management) to many hotels with excellent results and greatly increased profits.

Marianne is an Associate Consultant at the firm specializing in Human Resource Management. Marianne has worked in Talent Management, Recruitment and Reward in the United Kingdom. She has conducted post-graduate research on the topic of employee retention in the hotel industry. Marianne has BSc degree in International Relations from the University of Piraeus, a Masters Degree (MSc) in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh and a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (MCIPD).

Dimitris

Dimitris is a Management Consultant responsible for bringing all aspects of a project together. He liaises with clients and investors and all technical Consultants to produce a commercially viable solution. He specializes in Villa Management and strategy formulation.

Wasif is an Associate Consultant specializing in Business Process Design. His experience includes working as Partner in an ERP Consultancy firm, as CEO of a nationally recognized business and as Senior Auditor in the Assurance Department of EY. Wasif is an ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant with an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Edinburgh.
